What if I am too busy and have no time for coaching?
Usually, that is exactly why coaching becomes valuable. If you are constantly firefighting, it often means the business is too dependent on you.
Coaching is not meant to add more burden. It is meant to help free the owner, by building stronger people, better systems, and clearer direction, so the business can run with less chaos and less reliance on you. That creates the space for you to focus on growth, leadership, and bigger decisions.
You are not from my industry, how can you still help my business?
Because most business problems are not industry-specific. They are usually about leadership, strategy, people, systems, and execution. I may not know your product better than you, but I help you strengthen how the business is built and run.
For example, I coached a plantation company in the oil palm seedling industry, despite never having stepped into an oil palm estate in my life. Yet the business achieved a strong breakthrough by securing a few million in investment and loans to speed up growth. More importantly, the owner no longer had to visit the nursery daily, and could focus instead on strategy and stakeholder discussions, while the team used stronger systems to manage daily operations.
How much do I need to invest to work with you?
I offer a limited number of FREE Business Health Checks each month to first diagnose the business properly before moving into coaching. This helps business owners gain clarity on where they are, what is holding them back, and whether coaching is the right next step.
